1978 Gibson ES-175D Made in USA Tobacco Burst W/ Original Case Wow, take a look at this ES-175D. It is one of the cleanest 32 year-old Hollow Body guitars I have ever seen. Really, this guitar is in excellent condition; and it really sings with the tone only a vintage ES175 can deliver. Folks, this is a collector grade Gibson ES-175D. There are no cracks, no large dings, and no scratches that penetrate the finish. The original finish is in Excellent + condition with minimal finish checking and no discoloration or noticeable fading. The metal has not tarnished, and still has a fantastic shine. Even the rubber piece that goes around the pickup selector switch is fully intact with no deterioration. Please take a look at the many high resolution pictures and see for yourself. This guitar has no history of repairs, and it is all original. This ES-175D features Grover tuners, which I believe were a special order for that year. They still hold tune very well. The original pickups are still hot! I have not taken them out to test them, as there is just no need. I have played this guitar; and let me tell you, from Jazz to Blues; both of these pickups pack a very nice punch. I am the 2nd owner of this guitar. The story is that the original owner ordered this ES-175D new in 1978 from Holloways Music Center, in NC. He played it with care on occasion until 1987. It has been kept in its case in a climatized environment with the strings loosened for the last twenty three years! The neck is clean and fast. The inlay has aged very nicely over the last 32 years, and it looks great. The original frets have plenty of life left, and there are no grooves or valleys in the frets. The neck is a true joy to play on. The original case comes with the guitar as well. It is in fair condition. All the latches work and the interior is in very good condition. However, this Gibson case does have some very old duct tape on the back (an attempt to keep the tolex from peeling further), and some areas of missing tolex. Condition: My honest opinion is that this guitar is 9.9/10 condition, I cannot find any scratches, dents or dings anywhere, if I had to be ultra picky there is the slightest of surface ripples on the neck at the 3rd fret but its really splitting hairs and if I didnt mention it I doubt it would be noticed, it certainly doesnt show up to my eyes! There is nothing that could be called significant fret wear and she plays very well indeed! It is an absolute peach of a guitar in every respect. Included is the hard case pictured (Fender) with the TSA locks, a fender strap which still feels as good as new and has hardly been used and two keys for the case. The case has some minor surface suffs but thats what its for, to protect your pride and joy! This is a wonderful guitar, which looks great and sounds especially great through every amp I have tried! The guitar was made in April 2008 and I have owned it since that year. I have owned and sold many lovely Les Paul guitars over recent years, but this is probably the best finish I have ever seen on any Les Paul, anywhere!!. This is a beautiful 57 reissue in very rare and very collectable "Gloss Scotchburst". Gibson have not produced Gloss LP's for over 7 years and this is a Limited Edition run from their Nashville Plant Custom Shop. This one is brand spanking new, never played and comes with COA, all Case Candy and Custom Shop Case with port plush lining. The appointments are simply top class with 57 Humbuckers, in-line tulip machine heads and polished nickel bridge & pups, stunning in every way you can imagine. The neck is a 50's soft "C" shape and fits fine in the hand, very comfortable and very slick, fast action. The tones through these pups is simply class and unique in my opinion. Nought sounds like a Les Paul in my book. You will note that the selector switch knob has not even been taken out of the packaging. These collectable instruments are the very top of the Custom Shop guitars and this one would be priced at over £3,450 if bought from a Gibson dealer or web shop, this one can be bought for many ££££'s less. A beautiful 1991 vintage reverse body Gibson Firebird V in truly excellent condition. Serial Number 90881311. When I bought this guitar, I wasn't sure if the Vibrola had been factory-fitted or was added later (filled hardtail holes have been properly filled), and when I contacted Gibson I was told that either could be the case. What else can I say? It's a stunning-looking classic guitar that plays like a dream with a superb action and absolutely no issues whatsoever. My reason for selling is to finance and make room for (yet) another guitar, and I will be genuinely sorry to part with it. It's a big beast and so is the original case, which is also in very good condition with just some tarnishing on the catches. To the best of my knowledge, everything on the guitar is original with the possible exception of the Vibrola which may, as I said, have been fitted later. However you will find this neck design allows your playing speed to improve - the shredders among you will really appreciate this!! Fast lead runs and string bends high up the ebony neck especially are a doddle and just feels.."right!". Making these necks is a time consuming process and shows a level of dedication you'd expect from a high end Jackson instrument. 2009 American PRS Custom 24 Dave Navarro Signature Model This is my American made 2009 PRS Custom 24 Dave Navarro Model. I bought it new earlier this year [March 2010] for £1799 from Trevor Durrant Guitars in Colchester. It is in excellent condition with no dings and just a few minor scratches on the back of the guitar which were there when I bought it. Like all American Paul Reed Smiths it plays beautifully, fantastic sound - no issues at all. The push-pull coil tap makes this such a versatile guitar - humbuckers or single coils. It has Schaller Strap Locks fitted and it includes a strap. The original strap buttons are included and I can refit them if you’d prefer. I used the original PRS screws to fit the strap locks as they were longer than the Schaller screws. Mahogany Body with Maple top Mahogany Neck with Rosewood Fretboard Wide Thin Neck Shape with 24 Frets; Scale Length 25" Mother of Pearl Bird Inlays Tremolo Bridge - trem arm included PRS 14:1 Phase II low mass locking tuners Dave Navarro Truss Rod Cover Gold Hardware Treble Pickup: HFS Treble Bass Pickup: Vintage Bass Pickup Switching Volume and push/pull tone control with 3-way toggle pickup selector It comes with the original PRS hard case and tag. The case is in very good condition, just a surface mark on the top of the case. The guitar will be packed carefully in the case to ensure no movement and the case will be packed inside a cardboard box for shipping. Collection is possible and you are welcome to come and try it out first - just contact me to arrange a visit. Shipping in the UK and to Europe will be by DHL arranged through P4D and will be fully insured. The insurance makes it a little more expensive but I’m not prepared to post this uninsured. P4D will collect from my home address one or two working days after payment is received and it will then be delivered within 1 working day in the UK and within 3 or 4 working days in Europe.

2007 gibson les paul custom ebony. Exellent condition. Slight gold wear on the bridge and bridge pick up from playing. One tiny mark on the underside and light brush marks on the back, again from playing, but you'd be hard pushed to find them.
